Here at The Showreel, we know there’s no such thing as “the Holy Grail” of Voice Reels. There will come a time when you need to update it to keep it fresh and exciting. An “old” sounding reel does you no favors. In fact it can often put potential voice-over agents and clients off! Remember, most listeners decide to hire or book a voice within the first 20 seconds of your demo. That’s why it it should contain only your best and most recent work.
Why should I update my Showreel?
Well, there are many reasons: Maybe you’ve already recorded a showreel that’s not working for you right now, or you’re lucky enough to have an Agent and they’ve suggested you change its order.
